I KNOW A GUY RACING
Marathon, 1/2 marathon, 10k and 5k training

If your goal is to shed some unwanted pounds or if you are an experienced runner/walker and want to improve your performance, I KNOW A GUY RACING will be a safe, non-intimidating, and ENTHUSIASTIC way to accomplish all of your goals. I KNOW A GUY RACING will provide:
  • One on one goal setting sessions
  • Weekly seminars with one class room clinic per month
  • heart rate training
  • Water/Gatorade stations provided every
    3-4 miles on Saturday training
  • Experienced support staff on Saturday workouts.
  • 2 Weekday training times per week.
  • 4 Weekend training's per month, east, central and west valley locations.

Long Beach Marathon/1/2 and 5k - October 17th 2010
NoPhoenix 10 k - November 7th 2010
Aflac Iron Girl - November 14th 2010
Mesa Mi Amigo’s Turkey Trot - November 25th 2010
Runner’s Den/Fiesta Bowl Half Marathon and 5k - December 5th 2010
Ragnar Relay Florida Keys - January 7-8 2011
Rock N Roll AZ - January 16th 2011

Training Starts:
@ 7am, Chaparral Park in Scottsdale, corner of Jackrabbit and Hayden
Our training location:
Scottsdale Community College: Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm, meet at the track.
Saturdays: We have a 7 park rotation at 6am.

Cost: $175.00 per person ($150.00 if you pay by Aug. 1st.
Discounts: 2 Family members = $275.00 save $75.00*
